More romance than suspense, this great romance does have serious suspense elements. Tara as she is now known is hiding from her ex-husband who tried to kill her in an unjustified jealous rage. Now she seeks safety and peace as she tries to rebuild her life but the fear of her hacker ex finding her keeps her on edge and afraid to connect with other people.
Sheriff Ryan Anderson not only wants to know more about her as part of his job, he needs to know about the beautiful woman to whom is is drawn for the first time in years. Humorous circumstances throw them together and he is more than willing to take advantage of any edge he can get. He gets that she has some danger hanging over her but he is sure that he can protect her from anything if she will only give him a chance.
I love the people of Anderson Butte and was as happy with It had to be Love as I was with It Had to Be Him
