Kisscut by Karin Slaughter

The author of Blindsighted serves up a skillfully crafted sequel which follows Sara Linton, her police chief ex-husband, and detective Lena Adams into the heart of a quagmire surrounding the death of a young girl. Reprint.

I don't know where to start with this one.

This was a difficult book to read, because of the subject matter. But it was so well written and I couldn't put it down!

I hope Lena is less of a main character in the rest of the series because her chapters are the reason I had to dock this one a star. That girl needs therapy ASAP.

karin is going to DEVOUR everytime

First time I've read Karin Slaughter and won't be the last.
Her characterisation is brilliant, a real page turner, even if the theme is definitely ‘icky'.

The ending left me hanging out to read the next book...really want to see this case solved.
