La década decisiva
2012 • 281 pages

Although I don't agree with everything the author explains in this book, she makes such good points about work, love and brain + body on which we, in our early twenties, must put some more attention in order to make the most out of life. Planning is somehow beneficial, but life is not always predictable (as the pandemic has already taught us).

Moreover, taking action and putting in some work is super important so as to reach our goals in life. Nothing falls from the sky for you, you gotta work for it.

Overall, I think it is a great and inspiring book to read in your twenties. I enjoyed it quite a lot because the author illustrates it with real cases and experiences, as well as with other sociologists and psychologists' studies.
