L.A. Weather

I wanted to like this book...but it was just...boring? There are so many characters, aggressively pushing narratives without any natural tie-in to the plot. I felt like I was being lectured half the time and then expected to switch and care about what was happening plot-wise at a moment's notice. I would say it had really good intentions but very poor follow-through. I hate to give 1-star ratings, but I really didn't like it.
