Lies, Lies, Lies

Lies, Lies, Lies

2020 • 405 pages

Feeling very weird about this book. One, the characters seemed very real, flawed and intense, which I love about Adele Parks. On the other hand, that insemination process at the end was beyond weird - and I question the science behind it too. It felt glued to the chapter as if people didn't like the original version or something.
Same with Leon, the best cell mate ever to be found in the history of prisons... what was that?
