Life Interrupted

3.5-3.75 stars. The author writes really well but I'm struggling with some aspects. The author definitely excelled at writing the villian – he was a believable psychopath. I think this easily could have been 4 or 4.5 stars had the beginning not lagged a bit for me. Also didn't see some of the twists coming at the end, which made it enjoyable in the last half when it picked up for me.
