Clutter sneaks up on you
Many ppl have common specific emotion blocks about stuff even if it isn't a hoarding situation - say the reason out loud and listen to yourself.
Feed your brain when you stop being able to make decisions
The real problem might be 3 steps back (I can't use the dining room because the closet is too full for our jackets, because the garage is full of inherited furniture for example)
Marie Kondo is so dominant ppl seem to think they have to react to her method
