A light romance for a lazy Saturday afternoon. Somewhat predictable, but expected in this genre.
The characters never really got under my skin, they did not feel like family, they stayed acquaintances, as if observed from a distance. Neither Lily, her friends or Ryder managed to evoke any emotion.
The writer managed to show how creative someone in love can be. Love is patient, love is beautiful. And love at first sight is indeed possible.
Not beautiful prose that made me want to mark passages in my Kindle, but a love story told.
