Murder in the Rue Dumas

The characters continue to be interesting and that is heart of this series. I still find their interactions interesting if a bit frustrating at times and Provence is beautifully invoked. The plot is solid and the resolution was satisfying. Enjoyable.

*4.5 stars. This is a great second installment of this series and I am enjoying the character development and the continued exploration of Aix. The mystery was a little tighter here, too, helping to further develop the series for me. On to book three, please!
