I received a free digital copy of this book from the publisher for an honest review.

This book is a beginner's guide to knitting. As someone who is new to knitting I didn't find it particularly helpful. The only method shown is English style and I was taught Continental style. I feel both styles should have been covered. The pictures were not very clear as to what to do when increasing and decreasing. I did like how the different stiches were explained like Moss and seed stitches although I don't think it would have been in a beginner book. I did like how the knit and purl stitches were described and how to fix dropped stiches for both.

There are a number of small projects like small purses, bracelets included. It seemed that these were explained a bit more than the how to part of the book.
