Nobody's Child

I enjoyed this book a lot more than I expected. It reminded me a bit of the Grafton alphabet series since it is set in California. I have had this book on my shelf forever and I really thought I'd just be able to read this one book and pass on the rest of the series. I can't though. I'm going to have to look up the first 4 books and read those. I really hope I enjoy the rest of this series as much as this one.
