Nubia: The Awakening

4.5/5 - I randomly bought this book because Omar Epps is the author and I was intrigued to see how he would do as a writer and he did not disappoint. I enjoyed all of the characters and the world building that was taking place to the point that I purchased the second book. It does have several POVs, so I had to get use to each person and their story. But other than that, I am a fan and cannot wait to get to the action in the next book.
