Odbc 3.0 Software Development Kit and Programmer's Reference

While this book presents the SDK in detail, there are no example codes, so this book is definitely for referencing purposes than for any learning purposes. There is mention of ODBC 2.0 but there aren't any explanation of difference to 3.0.
