One Thousand Wishes in the Souq

Jade Black usually tantalizes me in a completely different way, but this time Black made me hungry for food. (laugh) This short story is packed full of descriptions of scrumptious food and a very tasty genie in a bottle. I love this fairy-tale retelling. One Thousand Wishes in the Souq focuses on the relationship between Aladdin and Keresaspa and it is really sweet. This is not to say that Black does not add some spice. You will have to read this retelling to find out just how much spice is added. (wink).
