Only for Ollie

Another low-angst “famous person meets regular guy” romance from reliable author Lisa Henry. I liked Ollie, his determination to get past his financial struggles, and his general lack of insecurity that someone as hot as Xander could want him. Although I know nothing about motorbike racing, I appreciated Henry's decision to make Xan famous within a certain niche, not superfamous like the movie star and rock gods of the previous books, because the issues were more complex than “what happens if the paparazzi see us together?” or “how will my fans react?” Ollie and Xan's relationship develops slowly as Xan comes to understand his demisexuality, and the two men talk about their issues without any Third Act breakup (there's plenty of third act drama, but it's not primarily relationship focused).

I don't know if Henry has other books planned in this series, but she has filled a very 2022 need for no-trauma, engaging, and escapist love stories.
