I know most people will pick apart this book but I can't even imagine how hard it was to put yourself out there like this. She opened up her fears, her anxiety, her addictions...and that's brave (in my opinion anyway). We always judge people in the limelight and this book is proof that we really know nothing of what goes on in the background.

There was a lot about self-esteem and body issues that I could relate so much too, and it hit deep. I've always loved Jessica Simpson and I appreciate the heart she put into sharing her story.

I chose to listen to this one and loved it as she narrates herself and also includes music inspired by this book at the end. All the love for her.
