3.75 stars. This is not going to be for every BL reader; Seungho is definitely a toxic and possessive seme and his and Na-kyum's dynamic makes this a very twisted love manhwa. The author seems to be going in the direction of possibly exploring a redemption arc for him, which I'm not too sure how I feel about as of this moment since Seungho appears quite unredeemable to me, but if it's executed believably then I'll be thrilled.

Honestly the type of BL story that I do enjoy reading; it fits my tastes quite well. It has this Seme who I want to hate because of how toxic he is but ultimately can't help being intrigued by; I love incredibly morally dubious characters who make me feel guilty for being invested in them. It has a very beautiful and captivating art style, and this watercolor-esque art style matches the topic of Na-kyum's paintings and the manhwa's title. It's also historical, and I adore historical settings. So once again, this is absolutely not for everyone, but I can't help but admit that it just fits my tastes so well.
