Power Eating: Build Muscle, Increase Energy, Cut Fat

Good intro to food-as-fuel perspective of nutrition. I have bit more appreciation for carbs as a training tool even if I'm still not sure how to eat more of them. The meal plans filled me with horror (low fat subway sandwiches? dies) I can probably eat that much fish tho :p
