Why?

Because, while it might be accurate, I don't really like reading about internalized homophobia. Because I tried this book against my better judgement (in part, thanks to all the love for this series/author) on ‘Murdo tempts and provokes David in equal measure, forcing him to acknowledge his physical desires.' in the synopsis because this sounds like just the sort of relationship dynamics I hate. Because I like either romance novels with romance holding the attention, not sex - or no sex in my non-romance books. Not pair meets and has sex after knowing each other for fifteen minutes. (Look, I like romance and the slower burn the better.) Because I didn't like the amount I listened to and nothing indicates that I will like the rest of it.
