Purrr

Skye MacKinnon brought out so many emotions in me while reading Purrr. I think laughter was the main emotion and the other one was one that would get me killed by Kat (ssshhh...it was “Awww...poor Kat”).

Kat is the last kitty that would want to be in heat, but at least she has plenty of people willing to help scratch her itch so to speak. There is also some scary action in Purrr. MacKinnon ups the drama and the bloodshed in this story.

I love Kat. An unwilling hero who just wants to forget the past horror only to find out that present is so much worse. Be prepared for betrayals, secrets to come to light, and everyone to be at risk.

Purrr has everyone on the front lines. You won't even have time to eat the popcorn. You'll be too busy saying, “Holy sugar! MacKinnon you're killing me!”...and enjoying it.
