I am probably not in the target group of this book as it seems to be a guide more for managers (e.g. the section about firing employees). Still, I think there were valuable ideas about radical condor - what it is or what it is not. I guess one half is relevant for everyone, the other half more for people with management responsibilities.
Some good stuff, but spun out longer than it needed to be and filled with name-dropping anecdotes that are all highly specific to silicone valley tech companies.
