This is such a great collection of poems. There were so many that I bookmarked or highlighted but the one that truly hit close to home was the one titled “Reflections of Imperfections” under the Body Acceptance and Self Worth Collection.
“... would I be kinder and point out their worth
that I’m so glad they are alive here on this earth?
If this I can do for a friend, then I plea
why am I kind to them, but not to me?”
This was truly my favorite poem in the entire collection, if you need affirmations you can surely find that in this collection as well. I recommend you give this a read.

This is an Advanced Reader copy. Although this book was given to me as an ARC my thoughts are my own. Thank you to Laura Rose for the ARC opportunity!
