Roughing

Where do I begin with my thoughts on this book? I am not a big fan of sports, especially not football, I just don't understand it enough to like it. Going into this book after already reading her Hockey Romance novels (which by the way I also love) I wasn't worried about the sports aspect of it. Jillian doesn't go into to much detail about the sports side of her books. She gives you just enough without it feeling overbearing.

Roughing is a college football second chance romance told in dual POV from Tori and Bash. As you can tell from the synopsis Tori and Bash have a not so happy past with each other.

I absolutely LOVED this book. Jillian did an amazing job at drawing me in from page one and keeping me absorbed in the story until the very last page.

This book is full of heartbreak, love, betrayal, and forgiveness. Bash and Tori together is perfect. I absolutely fell in love with them and I really hope this will be turned into a series.

Roughing is definitely one of my favorite books by Jillian. It's definitely in the top three favorite books by her.

If you are in the mood for a quick second chance romance read I highly recommend you pick this one up.
