Roule galette

I couldn't find a copy, even in France, so I finally resorted to watching a video of the book. It was in French, so I had to stop at the end of each page and put the words into Google Translator.

It's the story of a little pancake rolling away from the bakers. The pancake rolls along and comes upon several animals, and all the animals want to eat the little pancake. Finally the clever fox tricks the little pancake into stepping a little too close.

The illustrations are bright and colorful, and the text has lovely repetition and rhyme.
