I've only read a couple of graphic novels. I saw the rave reviews on this series and decided to check it out. I was not disappointed! The story follows Hazel and her parents as they try to survive and find a safe place to live. Her parents are not supposed to be together, they are on opposite sides of a galactic war. The fact that they had a child together puts them in even more danger. This was great! The art, the humor, everything!
Compelling characters, beautiful artwork. I'm grateful that I finally got around to reading this!
I love Saga so much that I finally caved and bought this Deluxe Hardcover version of issues 1-18. I originally borrowed volumes 1-3 in trade paperback from the library. You can read my reviews of those below.
