Loved the connection between Jud and Salem. Every time he said “I have you” made me love him more. Salem was strong even after everything she's been through. There were twists and turns. In my opinion enough flashbacks that helped understand them better but not so much that it's annoying. 

I loved so many characters and how strong family love is shown. I can't wait to read the author's other books!!
