I tend to not like the surprise pregnancy trope in romance novels because they all generally follow the same plot. Girl finds out she's pregnant, panics and automatically assumes she's going to be a single parent, questions the father's intentions when he tries to be there because he couldn't possibly be into her for any reason other than the baby, then something tragic usually happens, leaving one or both parents to try and “set each other free” because, again, the only reason they were together in the first place was because of the baby. Only then do they realize that they really do love each other. It's tiring.
I loved this book so much! There's heartbreaking moments that made me sob, but Wyatt and Angie's story is so beautiful... Amazing love story.
