Sex and Vanity

I were feeling generous I'd give this 1.5 stars. Sadly, none of the characters in this book were particularly likable. To be honest, by the time I got to the “big drama” it was clear how this story was going to end so the rest of the book was a trudge through a lot of brand name dropping and horribly insensitive, self-absorbed characters.

Certainly, Crazy Rich Asians and the sequels were glimpses into the super rich but those characters were actually likable. Give this book a pass and re-read Crazy Rich Asians instead.
