It's OK - the drawings are a bit... hmm... better than a lot other things, but not amazing to me. The story is interesting, though... hmmm... :-D

Now, this is ongoing process, they are still writing these comics, I have read the first 5 or 6, and there's more to come.

Do I feel like this all tied into something I hadn't read or didn't remember? yes

Did I enjoy it anyway? also yes

I especially loved the focus on women's backchannels and Wakanda's role in pan-African issues. And also the guest visits from Tony Stark, Rocket, and Groot were very charming.

Excellent read, can't wait to pick up volume 2. I loved the story, I really liked the focus on science. I enjoyed the old school art mixed with a very modern progressive story.
