This was a happy surprise! Quinn Donahue is hiding in a “pushing 30 party boy” persona. He has a one-time-only, quasi anonymous, hook-up policy and it's as joyless (and sometimes dangerous) as it sounds. The point isn't fun but a chance at oblivion. It's not working and his plans are further subverted when he meets 22 y.o. Aaron Miller. Aaron is tall, blond, from a family of equestrians, a virgin, and the embodiment of goodness. After one encounter he becomes fixated on Quinn, not in a creepy sort of way but in a way that Quinn's armor doesn't stand a chance of resisting.I really loved the setting at farm and the horses and how they so aptly represented Quinn. Like horses Quinn needed the gentle but steady hand that Aaron and the rest of the Millers offer. I liked how both Quinn and Aaron did what they thought was best for the other. That translated into a super slow burn with Aaron pining for Quinn and Quinn on the journey to accepting that maybe he is deserving of Aaron and his love. These boys are unapologetically Canadian suggesting a shower before rimming? a breath of fresh air and I loved it. I did this as an audio and production-wise this could use some tweaks but I loved [a:Robert Nieman 1338008 Robert Nieman https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/user/u_50x66-632230dc9882b4352d753eedf9396530.png]'s warmhearted delivery which overcomes his occasional odd pauses and, metaphorical, hiccups.
