Look it is entertaining and it had me hooked because I wanted to know how it would all work together. But... it really didn't? The ending felt muddled and things didn't completely match up to what was supposed to have happened in the past. Chemistry between the couple... I guess is there, but I would have liked to have seen them together in the present actually having a conversation or... idk something to prove they cared for each other.
Weirdly, Wicked is one of my favorite characters here? Although his character seemed to change a bit. As most things did in this book.
I'm taking this to mean that this author isn't for me. Quite unfortunate.
