Damn good read. Linda Nagata is a good storyteller and has an incredible imagination.Though the characters in this book mostly consider themselves to be human, they are what I would call post-human entities. They control enormous energies and very advanced technologies, and they can manifest as both digital “ghosts” and physical “avatars”. This book is a sequel to two of Nagata's earlier books ([b:Edges 43483913 Edges (Inverted Frontier #1) Linda Nagata https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1546820501l/43483913.SY75.jpg 67627795] and [b:Memory 17678192 Memory Linda Nagata https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1365403547l/17678192.SY75.jpg 1175816]), merging the two story lines. You will get more out of this book if you read those first.
