Sincerely, Your Autistic Child

I love the diversity of the writers in this book. I wish that people read it especially if they have an autistic friend, lover, or family member, and realize that we're trying our best to survive in an ableist world that sees autistic people as broken human beings who need to be fixed. I thank the Autistic Women and Non-binary Network for bringing these stories to light and reading stories that I can painfully relate. Autistic women and autistic people of color are severely under diagnosed with autism and have to cope with most of our lives figuring out why we're much different from the predominantly neurotypical population.
