DNF'd this at about 10% in. The only connection I am making with the characters is how much they are annoying me. So this one is not for me.
At least there was a puzzle here, some clues and such. The MC wasn’t perfect either which was nice but she is not pleasant so… another meh for me.
PS. Feeding your cat until it’s to fat to jump, that’s animal abuse and I hate it.

Six Feet Deep Dish is the first in a new cozy mystery series. This is a fun start and I can't wait to read more.
To begin with...PIZZA! Who doesn't love pizza?! Plus Deliah is a breath of fresh air. She is tough, no nonsense and take action. At the same time, she is caring and vulnerable. She makes a great female lead for a cozy. Throw in a cute, feisty and loveable feline, add a dash of handsome detective, and then top it all off with a dose of murder. Perfect.
I really enjoyed this one as cozies are such a great refresher between my other reads. I highly recommend this one for all cozy fans, or for readers who want to try genre out. I appreciate the review copy from St. Martin's Press. All opinions are my own.
