Slouch Witch

This book has an interesting world. I really enjoy reading books where magic is known to all and people can have jobs with it. The thing here is that she doesn't want to anymore, in fact she is a cab driver. Why? Because she is lazy.
I liked the premise and all, but sometimes her laziness was just too much. Totally realistic– I understood her need to just go home and veg, but I prefer reading about main charcters that want to do things or actively do things.

There are quite a few funny moments. I'm not sold on the potential couple...yet, but I am glad that it is more of a slow burn.

I will probably read more of this series in the future.
