Stiff

Laney is a brilliant character, most are weedy and annoying but Laney has spunk. She wants eventually to become a member of the FBI and become even more kick ass.
Easton is an ex FBI agent, who's headed back to his hometown and is now a P.I but a very yummy sounding guy in general!
These two characters find themselves as step siblings thanks to their parents and the quick wedding. Not as simple as that tho there's cheating spouses to catch, naughty landlords... Oh and a serial killer to catch :)
Laney and Easton have chemistry and boy it's great chemistry!
I loved the characters and the plot of the book, the story kept me hooked as did the who dunit side.
