If, however, you want a cozy mystery that has engaging characters, a plot that moves along briskly, and a whodunit you won't figure out in the middle of chapter 1, read on!

This is the debut novella by Susan Gillard. I liked it quite a lot. It's a good clean read, a quick read, and my only complaint is I wish it came with recipes for donuts! I'm anxious to read more from this author.
