In the same level of the previous one, the companions travel in the search of Bruenor's ancient home. They face an assassin trying to catch Regis and a powerful wizard who is after Drizzt.
The final battle was disappointing.
The second book continues from where the first left off, after garnering a huge cult following, me included. The party of friends now seek to reclaim Mithral Hall for Bruenor's clan. The other major plot is that Regis is being hunted by an assassin, the now infamous Artemis Entreri. A great adventure awaits the reader! The one problem with the wordings is that the author may have taken the racism focus on Drizzt's part a bit too much, making it feel slightly overdone.
