Dylan is looking for love and turns to the internet because all good things have happened to him on and because of, the web. He sets up an online dating profile against everybody's advice. Enter Evie, she's a matchmaker and friends with Dylan's sister, she feels it's her duty to stop him from making a grave mistake and volunteers to find him a match. But what happens when they both start to develop feelings...for each other?

I feel like Lauren Blakely can do no wrong. Every book she writes I just fall in love with and although this is a novella, so short by design, it is still long enough for me to fall in love. Lauren's writing is smooth and entertaining, I always find myself chuckling at random moments and with just cause, but, it's also filled with heart. Only Lauren could manage to throw a surprising twist in the mix at the end that made the listener sit back and say ‘Yes! That makes so much sense.' Easily, a one sitting audiobook.

This was such a sweet story. I fell in love with Dylan and Evie early on. We all know how I love my sexy geeks and Dylan was definitely a sexy geek! I couldn't help but fall for him. He also had a really sweet disposition that was very endearing. Evie was feisty but sweet, which I love. The cameos/ mentions from other books was a nice touch and not always obvious, especially if you go through a lot of books in a week. I found myself having a few aha moments.

The relationship between Dylan and Evie was cute to watch unfold, especially as they both tried to fight it. The banter between them was just perfect, it gave the relationship that real feeling to it. You could picture them as a couple from the get-go. The spark they had was sizzling and will make you a little hot under the collar.

The dual narration worked really well. This is the first performance I've listened to by both Grace Grant and Jesse Metcalfe, and in honesty, I wasn't sure whether I was going to enjoy it. Thankfully, it's a beautiful performance of a lovely book. I liked the tone of Grace's voice and she really gave life and emotion to Evie. Her male characterisations were fantastic too. The switch between male and female characters was smooth. I know I have other audiobooks waiting in the wings with Grace's name on and now I'm more excited than ever to listen to them. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a fan of celebrity narrations, however, Jesse was great, as I was listening I felt he really got a feel for Dylan and gave him a burst of life. The production is smooth and although no major issues, at the end of chapter 13 two small lines repeat.
