Not at all what I thought this book would be about. I found it on my Apple Books app and downloaded it without fully reading the description. Having read other book-centric books, I had certain expectations about the genre. This book was not what I was expecting. It was a modern perspective about why people congregate in libraries and what libraries provide for communities. This is told through the intertwining of the lives and stories of the people whose lives intersect at the library in a small town.
This book was much less about libraries as places for the unadulterated love for books and more about community and letting people into your life.
