Thought this would be a fun light hearted story... nope.
It broke my heart. Its just a really sad book and I can't say why because of spoilers but it is a must read!
anyways, I'm off to go cry now

I WANT MORE!
I have nothing else to say except that it's a tiny little gem that feels like a super nova dancing under my skin.
I wish I could read it (for the first time) again.
These are the type of books I wish I had when I was actually of the age range this was meant for. It didn't feel pandering on the topics explored in this but addressed it in a way that showed Leno appreciated her readers into understanding what was being expressed and knowing the message to take away from it. The subtle magical realism put into this was also great.
