I love Top Chef, I love Gail, and I loved reading about the behind-the-scenes of the show (and lots of other things about food). This book is basically a love letter to food. I mostly read it during lunch at work, because reading about all that food made me hungry, so it was better to already be eating, even though nothing I eat or cook is anywhere near as fancy or high-quality as the stuff she writes about eating. An exceptionally fun read if you're a fan.
