This book lacked focus and an overarching purpose. Excessive repetition and rambling tangents galore. Coupled with spelling and grammar errors, this makes for very tedious reading. A click baity book. It titillates with graphic violence and horror and provides no academic argument or is informative in any constructive way.
In my opinion, most serial killers (male or female) have the intention to boast, gloat, brag about their horrific crimes, when they are being interviewed, they want the opportunity to relive their crimes by talking about them verbatim.
So they don't like being interrupted, misunderstood or misinterpreted, because that offends them, pisses them off or upsets them because it damages their reputation as a serial killer and hurts their massive ego. It's very childish, narcissistic.
