The Antigone Poems

I haven't read a lot of poetry in my life so this is a little difficult for me to review. I also don't know much about the Sophocles tragedy in which this book was inspired by. The poetry written in this book, although very dark creates a lot of imagery. The artwork didn't capture my attention. I do like that the poetry is someways could be seen more realistic or metaphoric. Thank you so much for Netgalley and An Altaire Publication for sending me this book to review.
