This was fine. As a not-new parent it seemed redundant to me. Beyond that, it felt that there was some fear mongering (like claiming that all babies are at least partially allergic to formula...?) that felt problematic. I'm tired of parenting books that cultivate and us-versus-them mindset.
Three stars because I do believe attachment parenting to be helpful in some cases, and there were some good tips here. Would not recommend for new or anxious parents, unfortunately. Read it after you have some time under your belt.
