The Bachelor's Valet

I don't always need my MCs to be the sharpest tools in the shed, but I need them to at least be somewhere in the vicinity of the toolbox. Alphonse is gorgeous, rich, brainless and passive. Everything that moves the plot forward is accomplished by his fiancée Aaliyah or the titular valet, Jacobi. The power differential between an aristocrat and his servant is never addressed, but that's a moot point because I couldn't get past the gray matter differential anyway.
