The Ballad of Ami Miles

This book is interesting, beautiful, and strange all at the same time. Follows a girl who has grown up in a cult and taught that her one purpose in life is to have babies (sickening that this isn't a fictitious thing, girls actually are told this both in and out of cults). After finding her long-lost mom, she goes on a journey of self-discovery like no other. Truly enjoyed this YA - unusual to find a ya about cults, yet this had a great coming-of-age/knowing-yourself feel that I appreciated.
