The Beatryce Prophecy

Beatryce can't remember much about her life except her name. She winds up with a monk of the Chronicles of Sorrowing and soon learns that the king's men are looking for her. What an odd girl she is. She has a strong sense of leadership and she knows how to read and write, and these are not things girls are allowed to do in her world. So who is she? And what does the king want with her?
