A solid primer and first course on the basic steps required to start making practical changes in order to keep the Brain free from Alzheimer-causing muck, grogginess and malnourishment with balance in essential neuro-chemicals like dopamine, epinephrine and cortisol. This book contains valuable Science that must be common knowledge to people not working in the field of medicine.

While there are several nutritionists and doctors who disagree with the importance of consuming flesh in a healthy diet (backed up peer-reviewed Science), the importance of essential fatty-acids, mono-saturated carbohydrates and healthy protein was put forward clearly with examples of case-studies from the author's experience.

The author understands the body isn't limited to a confluence of chemicals and stresses on the importance of minute lifestyle changes that eventually compound and positively impact the brain in the long-term as opposed to consuming pill after pill to induce drowsiness or stir-up activity resulting in a continuous intake of drugs that taint the natural harmony of the human body. Sleep, meditation, healthy social interactions, ample exercise, he insists, should be the primary factors that must be attended to before one is prescribed clinical medicines. While seemingly basic, the steps he lists to go about achieving the same is crucial to imbibe and not known to the vast majority of the population, which explains the catastrophic global numbers of those who suffer from depression, obesity, low-drive and perpetual fatigue.

Overall, the book advocates for a holistic change in lifestyle supplemented with essential vitamins and minerals (not controlled by clinical drugs) in order to preserve the integrity and healthy functioning of the brain for a longer time.
