The Cat and The City

A mixed bag of stories loosely connected through relationships, Tokyo and a cat. Some stories were clever and well constructed but too many were not. 2.5 rounded up because cats are cool.

This book had multiple shorter stories, which seem to be building up to a large finale.. until it didn't? All that is left are half-finished stories. Some interesting enough on their own, others just plain weird and/or boring.

At least it had a cat in it

Four and a half stars. Once in a while it is ever so slightly hamfisted but I loved the stories, and the people, nonetheless.
